綠色金融改革創新

中國人民銀行陳雨露副行長昨天出席了綠色金融改革創新試驗區建設座談會，介紹了五省(市)試點工作一年來的進展和成果。他指出，推進綠色金融可持續發展的核心目標是推進試點工作。

　　陳雨露透露，中央銀行正在加快試點地區四項具體試點項目的示范工作。包括建設綠色信貸業務管理體系、統一綠色信貸統計標准、環境權益抵押融資、清潔采暖金融支持試點和金融支持畜禽業廢物無害試點。

　　2017年6月14日，國務院召開常務會議，決定在浙江、江西、廣東、貴州、新疆等五個省(區)選擇一些地方，建設重點和特色不同的綠色金融改革創新試驗區，促進經濟的綠色轉型升級。是的。

　　今天，試驗區一周年即將來臨，陳雨露表示“試點工作已經取得初步成果”，主要體現在四個方面：一是建立完善綠色金融改革的制度和機制;二是依托市場，不斷激發綠色金融創新的活力;第三，多方面推進綠色金融基礎設施建設，見成效;第四，防范和控制風險，確保試點地區改革和創新工作的穩定和遙遠。
