5. Focusing mirror and reflector should be checked regularly. After working for a period of time, the frame will heat up, the lens surface discoloration and rust; decoloration and cracking are the objects that need to be replaced. In particular, many customers use large air pumps and air compressors, so that the focusing lens will soon accumulate water, so it is necessary to check the lens on time (laser tube outlet) light path system clean and good quality.

6. The working environment of the machine can not be too harsh. If the ambient temperature is higher than 30 degrees Celsius or lower than 18 degrees Celsius, too much dust or air pollution is serious, the machine will be seriously damaged, the failure rate is rising; humid environment of the electrical accessories are also prone to problems. 7. The power of the power grid should be matched. The power distribution and contact points of each part of the whole equipment should be good (fan, water cooler, laser, laser power supply, computer should be independent power supply). 

8. 9. The base plate and the processed material should be flat, otherwise it will cause inconsistency in the focal length and some places will not be cut through. This will increase the light intensity, but also accelerate the aging of the laser tube.

10. Laser power supply cooling should be smooth, otherwise once the working current is adjusted to more than 50%, the temperature will rise sharply, increasing the failure rate of the laser power supply. Some machines can remove the side door, so that the heat emitted by the power supply is directly emitted.

When using a laser engraving machine, some problems may occur. What are the most common problems? How can they be solved?

1. Inconsistent engraving depth: This may be caused by loose or faulty control cards, faulty stepper motors, faulty drives or current breakdown inconsistent with software settings, faulty z-axis motor wires, loose spindle motor fixtures, interference from inverters or incorrect data setups, static interference, computer viruses, or system problems. The solution is to check the corresponding parts and repair or replace them.

2. Glitch: It may be caused by control card failure, frequency converter interference, file path error, static electricity interference, software setting problem, drive failure or current subdivision setting error, data line failure, computer virus or system problem. The solution is to check the corresponding parts and repair or replacement.

3. engraving machine wash bottom is not flat: may be the spindle and the table is not perpendicular, need to be corrected; knife with problems; control card problems or signal interference and other reasons. The solution is to carry out the corresponding correction and maintenance.

4. engraving machine can not be normal back to the mechanical origin: may be set back to the origin of the machine in the opposite direction, control card failure or loose, limit switches or data line failure, drive failure, stepping motor line failure and other reasons. 5. open the software prompts "open the card failed, please check the card": may be the card's driver is not installed or the card needs to be replaced by a PCI slot; the two data connection cables need to be reinstalled and check whether there is a broken pin phenomenon; the card itself has a problem with the need to be replaced and other reasons. The solution is to check and repair the corresponding parts or replace the card.

6.
