To apply for multiple business endorsements for 3 months or 1 year, the enterprise unit must register and record with the relevant department of entry and exit management of the local public security organ in advance. Each region shall formulate specific implementation measures and approval conditions for registration and filing based on the actual development of local life in China, and make them publicly available.

(2) Operators who are not engaged in industrial and commercial activities will travel to Hong Kong and Macau on business trips.

(3) Personnel driving specialized vehicles between mainland China and Hong Kong or Macau.

(4) Chinese Mainland residents and overseas Chinese working in international organizations' institutions in China, foreign embassies and consulates in China, foreign enterprises, news agencies and other institutions in China (hereinafter referred to as "institutions in China").

(5) Applicants for international business endorsement in Hong Kong or Macau, China shall stay in Hong Kong or Macau for no more than 7 days each time.

Precautions 

(1) Those who provide false proof to deceive business endorsements will be disqualified from filing and their employees will be stopped from handling business endorsements. If it constitutes an illegal crime, relevant legal responsibilities shall be pursued.

(2) If the filing unit is registered with the registration agency, the filing shall be suspended for two to three years; If the filing personnel of the unit engage in illegal and criminal activities in Hong Kong and Macau with commercial registration annotations, their filing qualifications shall be revoked in accordance with the law and their application for entry and exit documents shall be restricted.
